Camille Trummer

Strategist & Facilitator

Camille Trummer (she/her) is a strategist and facilitator at Wonder, where she partners with mission-driven organizations to craft research and communications strategies that drive connection, clarity, and change. She brings more than a decade of experience in audience research, social change communications, public engagement, and social impact — helping clients align their stories and strategies with the futures they want to create.

As the founder of Interplay, a Portland-based social impact consultancy, Camille has led collaborative initiatives for organizations such as Amnesty International, B Corp, Energy Trust, and Asset Funders. She brings a rare blend of clarity, creativity, and courage to her work — connecting people and ideas across sectors to solve complex challenges at the intersection of community development, policy, and culture. Her practice is deeply rooted in listening, co-creation, and translating bold ideas into actionable strategies that advance collective well-being and justice.

Recognized as a Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, Camille is known for her steady presence, imaginative vision, and ability to transform complexity into actionable strategy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in cultural communication from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in strategic communications from Northwestern University, where she developed an understanding of global social systems and a passion for equity-driven work and influencing positive change.

A fourth-generation Oregonian, Camille lives in Portland with her family. Outside of work, she can be found traveling internationally, curating “Interplaylists,” chasing snow on Mt. Hood, and exploring photography and design as creative forms of reflection.
